How to populate custom field value of location into Agent View information

Hello everyone, 

I have a question about how to try and best execute a suggestion that came to our team. We are wanting to get the location of an employee, it's an attribute field of the employee in assets in our Entra ID connection. How best could we try and automate this bit of info to get from the user submitting the ticket into the details. (It appears as Office Location in the Entra Asset) but want it to populate in the "Location" field details.

One way of doing this is to set the location as a user profile property, you could then use a smart value like this to set the location:

{{issue.assignee.properties.metadata.location}}

I have a workflow that sets the location, country code and Slack member Id when the user is first created (this happens when Okta creates the user and this trigger the workflow in tray.io and also creates a ticket in our HR project).

Another option would be to use REST API and get the location from Entra when the request is assigned.
