Open a weblink in a NEW tab when publishing button/image weblink to Scroll Viewport

Question

My Scroll Viewport Confluence Cloud content has an image that I want to add a weblink to that directs users to another (external) web site in a NEW tab. Can this be accomplished without the use of a third-party macro? Is there a way to accomplish this with the Advanced option in the Insert Weblink dialog?
