Trouble inserting LucidChart diagrams into document.

Hello everyone, when I try to insert a Lucidchart diagram into my document, I receive the following error.

"We were unable to locate your Atlassian app information. Please uninstall and reinstall the Lucid plugin."

To note, I am the only one on my team experiencing this issue.

That is weird behavior. Since it's present only on your end, do you have any browser extensions that may prevent Lucidchart from loading?
Have you tried a different browser? Log out, log in, all the common first aids

If it's nothing obvious and none of these are working, I believe Lucidchart support may be your next step.

Thanks for the response Teodora. Already tried that, and did not work. Guess next steps will be to ask the admin to uninstall and reinstall the LucidChart app for me.

I have the same issue, it doesn't work. reinstalling hasn't helpled

solution is not just to have plugin but connect it to the Lucid account in confluence admin panel

Our whole team experiences this issue, regardless of browser used. I've asked our (part-time) Confluence Admin to ensure they've connected the plug-in to our Lucid account - in confluence admin panel - with thanks to Alexander Khlystov (below). Unfortunately, this is a VERY low priority for them. We're just broken, seemingly having wasted money on the plug-in.

@Scott Welker , our IT team removed the plugin for Lucid from confluence and reinstalled it. That solved it on our side.
