Yes, its shared with a usergroup and I am part of the group. Other members are receiving the same error. Its not happening to my other ones, just one. We have 12 people access this filter so dont really want to save another one...
@Sharon can you share a screengrab of where you're encountering the error please including the JQL/filter selection being applied? It'll help us assist with diagnosing

We don’t have access to your Jira. You can copy and paste the content of the query or do a screenshot (again just the query).
