Flag Issues when the Worklog is not logged

I want to flag an issue if the work log is not added daily and the remaining hours exceed the value of (estimated - pending days).

For example,

if the estimated duration is 5 days (1st to 5th of any month), but I only logged one day (1st day) and the remaining days have not been logged.

Today is the 4th day, so the system should flag the issue because the remaining work shows as 4 days pending.

However, according to the target end date (5th of the month) and the current date value (4th day), this should raise a flag on the issue since [ 4 days (current pending estimate) ≠ 5 days (total days) - 4 days (pending days) ].

Is there an option to implement this?

Subject to the details of your scenario, you may be able to implement this using a Jira Automation rule.  The rule could use a scheduled trigger to check the issues daily to set / clear the flag.

I recommend trying to create your rule, and if you run into challenges, post images of the rule and audit log details, and explain what is not working as expected.
