or contact your Jira Administrator"
@Smitha Joseph This is a 3rd-party app available in the Atlassian Marketplace that you need to purchase or start a trial. You will probably need to go through your Jira Administrator to purchase and install the app in your Jira instance.
There are several apps available in the marketplace: https://marketplace.atlassian.com/search?query=poker
@Smitha Joseph Are you referring to https://marketplace.atlassian.com/apps/1212495/planning-poker?hosting=cloud&tab=overview?Asking as Barbara pointed out there are several planning poker apps and would also go with her advice to reach out to your Jira Administrator as you could've been using a trial version where the license expired? Also is this Cloud or Datacenter?
