How to highlight an issue in the Jira Board?

I used Card colors, but it just highlights the border of the issue.

Is there any way to highlight complete issues in board view with some colouring??

No, unfortunately, there is not a way to do that in native Jira. There might be an add-on app that will do that.

Sorry, but I don't think there are any free ones. I also don't see the one that I used to use - looks like it might have gone away.
