workflow flow help for approval steps

Hi All,

we have a  requirement for approval steps.

1.we have custom filed name is :Risk and values are 1.Low ,2 Medium, 3.High

2.Another custom field is change Type  values are 1.Standard , 2.Emergency

3.based on the dates we need approvals

so anyone can help me to complete the requirement

You should probably do an automation rule based on an IF/ELSE set of conditions where you identify the set of conditions that match the group of fields and then add an action to Edit Issue and update the Approvers field.

approvals based on the change type, change risk, and the change dates

Change type we have two values(Standard, Emergency)

Change risk we have four values (Low,Medium,High,Critical)

custom dates( ex:08-07-2024 to 08-08-2024)

as per the mentioned details we need to routed to Approving managers,(Cab approvals+ Managers)

Ex:(If we select Change risk is High and change type is emergency and date is 10-07-2024) based on the timeline approval step is diverted to Cab approvals)
