Changed the Hierarchy of Epic to level 2 and created a issue type Feature with Hierarchy level 1 in a premium account. Unable to create a Feature under Epic.

Can you provide a screen image of the Issue Type Hierarchy screen pointing out where the Epic and Feature issue types are?
