Hi @Vinicius  Have you granted yourself access to the project as a "Customer"?

Hi Vinicius - Welcome to the Atlassian Community!

Being a Jira Admin does not automatically give you full access to every project and portal. It still depends on the Permission Scheme for the project. Do you have access to the overall Help Center for the site?
