Ok sorry, I didn't see the ondemand requirement.
It seems the "Project Team" plugin is only available for standalone Jira server installations.
I don't have experience with On Demand

I don't know the existence of a standard gadget handling that. but you could take a look at this one:

There is a gadget called "Project Team Gadget" which shows what you are looking for.
