Normally a project admin can add you to their project. So ask a colleague who that is and drop them an email.

Hi @cengiz.karanfil Welcome to the Jira commuity!Normally, the project lead can grant you access to a project.If you don't know who that is, you'll need to ask a Colleague.If all of the above is not possible, you can ask your IT-Department.They can most likely tell you the name of your jira administartor(s).Best,Erik
