I've been documenting our SOP's and knowledge base articles in Confluence (Free) for our small organization. Some time has passed since I last needed to add something to it (maybe 4 months) and my account said that Confluence was not activated. When I went to activate the free version, it said it was reactivating our instance. When that was finished, all of my documentation was gone and the spaces I created were missing. Is there any way to recover this information?
I like Confluence and would like to continue using it, but if there's a risk that everything I add could suddenly be deleted I think I'll need to find something else.
