Our purchasing team would like to create a purchase request form that allows the submitter to add multiple items to the request in a table.
For example:
- Questions 2-7 requires the user to enter information about a line item to purchase.
- Question 8 asks if they would like to add another item. If Yes, it loops them back to question 2.
Or
- Is there a way to include a dynamic table to the form that the user can keep adding rows to to add addtiional items to the purchase request?
