Hi @john francis bonganay welcome to the community! You can't download the Jira Cloud system to your laptop, but as long as you have internet access, you can certainly access your Jira Cloud instance from your browser.
Use the same URL that you normally use to access your Cloud instance. That should work on your laptop.
