How do a create a new Squad

Hello everyone.

I'm setting up a new scrum board on Jira and I'm having some issues trying to set the Squad field on the cards. There are some options that were created before (not by me, since it's a company-managed project) and I can't find where to create new Squad options.

The field I'm talking about is this one: 

Does anyone know where do I create more squad options?

Welcome to the community.  It seems that the field "Squad" is a custom field, so you will need to work with your site admins or if you have the rights to update the dropdown list option.

What one needs to conduct will be the following -

1. In the Settings (Clog wheel symbol - located in the upper right of your UI) >> click on Issues >> click on Custom fields
2. In the custom fields UI, locate your custom field "Squad"
3. Click on the "..." symbol for the field (located at the right of the screen and select "Contexts and default value" from the dropdown options 
4. In the next UI - Select the context that is associated to your project.
5. Click on Edit Options to manage the dropdown options for the Squad field
