How do I remove my profile from an organization?
My profile is currently associated with igniterealtime.atlassian.net, but I no longer use those products.
How can I remove my profile from that organization without deleting my entire account?

Welcome to the Atlassian community.
Unfortunately there is currently no support for a user to self-exit from a product/site to which they have been granted access. Only the administrators of that product/site/org can remove your access to it.
You will have to reach out to the administrators of that organization to ask them to remove your access.
