How to create a dummy alert(Default one) using REST API call?

Hi Team,

I want to create an opsgenie alert using default API (REST API) without any assignment. But i am not sure what will be end point for this. Could anyone assist me with this? I can able to create an alert from REST API with the opsgenie team which can be used as an assignment. Please suggest.
