Jira page unavailable

Diep Tu Minh

Good morning,

I have a project that I manage with the Jira management tool, but for some reason since last February, I could not access the project anymore, and now even the URL cannot be found. I created the project and still use it last December, but at the end of January, the page was unavailable. This is what I see when I click on the link to my project with the URL and now the URL is not found.

Please help!! Screenshot 2024-06-13 at 11.26.37 AM.png

Hi @Diep Tu Minh,

Welcome to Atlassian Community!

If all your Jira Cloud products are on the free plan they will be deactivated after 120 days or inactivity, and then Atlassian will retain the data for another 60 days (15 days of you are on the old billing system) before being deleted. You can read more about it in this KB.

But I was using it in December and try to go back in January and I could not.

So do you think the project are gone and cannot recuperate anymore, because I was using it in December, but could not access to it January or February

I don't know what happened in this case, but you will get a warning email way before your instance will become inactive, and all you have to do it log in to it in order to extend it. Since your instance cannot be reached anymore and this has been the case since February there is no way of restoring it because you are way pass the 15 days/60 days retention.
