Hi Devi - Welcome to the Atlassian Community!

You can write a query/filter like this:

project = ABC and status changed from Open to Delayed during (2024-06-01, 2024-06-30)

That will show you the issues that changed status from Open to Delayed during the month of June. Adjust times as you desire.
