Automation is not working

Hi,

Here the situation

When ticket is created
request type is new employee
this part above is working well.
If the reporter belong to a specific group normaly the system must create another ticket but nothing happened. What im doing wrong ?

Hello, Good day. Instead of using branching use the same flow in the rule.
