I can't add the attachment field to my Issue layout

I changed the layout of my issues for a company based project and cannot figure out why the attachment field dissappeared, or how to get it back.  When I look at the Issue configure screen, the attachment field is there.  Please advise on the best way to add the attachment field to by default issue types.  I am an administer, but I do not write any code, so that's not an option for me.  Thank you.

To re-enable the attachment field, navigate to Jira's administration settings, locate the field configuration associated with your project, and ensure the attachment field is included and visible for the relevant issue types. If already included, verify the field's presence on the project's screen scheme to ensure visibility.
