Invoice with VAT tax for company registrated in Lithuania

Hello, could you help me to find answer

We have gotten the invoice from Atlassian with included VAT tax for the 2024, May month period. Before that all the invoices were with excluded VAT. 
Could anyone know what has been changed?

I think this question needs to be raised with Atlassian support and select Billing option.
