Is it possible to add a customer with a differnt email address domain?

Question

I want Jora to automatically create a ticket if it receives an email from an alert system from the microsoft.com domain. However, I cannot create them as a customer because the domains do not match our configured domain name.

What can be done so if Jira receives the alert email a ticket/issue/incident is automatically created?
