Issue with Operations Sync

I am having exactly this issue: https://jira.atlassian.com/browse/JSDCLOUD-13904.

I am on Free plan since I am exploring everything before making the decision if I should try more features yet I can't (obviously) contact customer support.

Is there any way to approach this?
