How can I access the list of PRs when comparing branches?

e.g. https://bitbucket.org/xxxxx/repo/branches/compare/development%0Dmaster

Until (very) recently, this page used to have a tab that listed out the PRs that were different between the two specified branches. Our workflow used that list to provide information for release notes but it seems to have been entirely removed from that page, and there doesn't appear to be any other way to obtain that information that I can see.

Is there some other way to obtain a list of the PRs that are different between two specified branches? Is that available somewhere else in the system, or via the API?

Based on your description, you seem to be talking about the "Merged pull requests" tab that was present on the branch compare page. 

This tab was recently removed from the Bitbucket UI due to technical reasons as announced by Bitbucket Product Manager, Katarína Lukácsy, in the following community article:

• Bitbucket Cloud is removing “Merged pull requests“ tab from Branch Compare view

That article provide some possible workaround that may fit your workflow. 

However, if neither of the options provided as a workaround applies to your use case, we have opened the following feature request to re-introduce that functionality into the product :

Feel free to add your vote on that feature so the engineering team can understand the demand. You also have the option to set yourself as a Watcher, so you'll get notified by email of any future updates to that feature.
