payment failed the other day due to insufficient balance on the card
don't want to add a new payment method - just want them to retry the payment on the same card
can't find a way to do this in the billing experience
Welcome to the community, @Jon MacCall 👋
I'm confident that you can, but you'll need to contact Atlassian support directly for support with billing-related matters.

Ran into the same payment glitch last week, and it honestly reminded me of hitting a cold streak at the slots—just when you think it’s gonna go through, boom, declined. While waiting for support to sort it out, I ended up diving into some online games to pass the time. I found this wicked site packed with top-tier slots, blackjack, and even roulette—it’s got smooth gameplay, awesome bonuses, and loads of chances to win big. What really caught my eye was robocat casino that mixes sleek design with a bunch of cool games and free spins that keep things exciting without feeling like a cash grab. It actually made waiting for that payment retry a bit more tolerable. Honestly, if you’re into the gambling vibe or just wanna feel like you're playing for a jackpot while dealing with Jira stuff, it’s worth checking out.
Online casinos continue to evolve, offering players a comfortable and engaging digital experience. With modern design, smooth gameplay, and a wide range of entertainment options, platforms that support low entry limits attract users who value convenience and variety. It’s definitely one of those annoying tech hurdles that makes you want to take a quick break. Whenever I’m stuck waiting for support tickets or billing systems to sync up, I tend to look for some quick entertainment to kill the stress. For those who enjoy a bit of digital gaming on the side, checking out a reliable source for perks and deals like vox-kasyno.co.pl/vox-casino-bonusy/ is a smart move. It’s a nice way to find some extra value and blow off steam while the billing department does its thing. Hope you get your Jira/Confluence access back online soon!
