Where to set/delete the filter of a Jira Work Board

Hi together,

maybe I am blind, but I cannot find a solution for my problem. My users insists, that in the summary of the project not all tasks are shown. And yes, around 700 are missing. So like you see in my screenshots a filter is activated on the summary and u see it in the url if you click on "show all items"

Where does this filter come from? Havent found any settings for that.

You don't have access to the filter for JWM/Business project boards. But it is basically just project = ABC.

You can create a second board if you need to have more flexibility. Here's an article that walks you through that.

The filter used by the summary board of a JWM project is

project=ABC and (statusCategory!=Done or )statusCategory=Done and statusCategoryChangedDate <-2w))

The summary page is designed to show only issue on the companion board, and the board is hard code to show only not "done" issues and issues that have been "done" for less than 2 weeks. This is not a configurable option currently, but has an open change request concerning it.

I know that feature of adding another board from jira Software. But I am unable to do it in our Jira Work cloud instance.
