Creating a email recepient lists for automation notification emails

Hello everyone,

The challenge is as follows:

* company managed project, 6 statuses, around 20 automation's and similar number of email notifications set inside the automation rules
* each email has different multiple recipients, 5-10 email addresses

Can I define a list of email addresses that could be added to TO,CC,BCC fields at once, for each notification, as Jira allows only to add them one by one. Even the copy/paste of the entire list from excel or any textual file adds them in single line
This is making a lot of manual work when testing is needed, removing all the addresses and adding the testing ones, takes a lot of time

thanks for suggestion. Not sure if its going to fit my expectations. Even more, this is pretty expensive add-on :)

Based on what you've described, I'd say that Notification Assistant for Jira might be an alternative for you to reach out your goal:

It might help you even personalizing the content of the notifications if needed.
