Display headers based on page restrictions

Hello, 

We would like to display a certain wording on the header of the confluence pages in the UI and when exporting the document, depending on the page restrictions. 

For example if the page it's restricted we would like the header to be "RESTRICTED" and if the page it's not restricted the header to be "INTERNAL". 

Is there any way to do this ?
