Read Only Access to any company users logged on jira

Question

Hello !

We need to share some pages on confluence to all the people on the company

First I`ve tried anonymous user but the problem is have my page opened on the internet

So we need figure out a way to have the page opened only to my company users as read only

The ideia is try control this access using Jira logged users

Is that possible ?

For this suggestion I will need license on confluence side ?

The approach of anonymous user do not use my licenses providing read only access to the pages

Doing the group will be like anonymous on license ?

Hi @Thiago Borges welcome to the Atlassian Community!

Sure, if you have a group created for users with Jira product access, you can use this group to grant Confluence product access and grant this group access to each space.

This way, users will always be synced automatically for both products (Jira and Confluence).
