How can I automaticaly put a ticket in a statut when any fields have been updated

Hello,

I wanted to know if it's possible to automaticaly update the status of a ticket in jira when any of the field has been updated. 

 

I have tryed with in a automation but the filed "all (Match)" is not working.

The automation is working when I specify a custom field but there over 100 in the ticket and I don't want to set all of them one by one.

 

Is there a way ? 

 

We also have script runner.

Please share screenshot of your rule to understand what you have setup and for community to share suggestions.

Not knowing how your rule is set up... generally, You can choose "Field Value changed" trigger to monitor certain field's value has changed or not..

If you want to check if the field value has changed and also the value it has changed from or to.. you can use {{fieldChange}} smart value as an option to check from and to values.

NOTE: Be mindful that {{fieldChange}} may not work sometimes so you have to test this first.
