GitHub Advanced Security connection do not work / GitHub for Jira

Here are open issues with Github advanced security integration with Jira :

Team can not add their own repository to container security in Jira project. For some yes for some not. Strange
Jira Security report issues that are already fixed/ignored on Github advanced security. Jira is importing old issues and writes the status in the security field

Do anybody have the same issue?
