Delete attachment

For some time now, we've been noticing attachment deletions in JIRA. Have you had any feedback about this problem? How can this be resolved?

That sounds odd. Have you checked if you have any automation rules set up, I see that you are using a Standard package, so you don't have the access to Audit log to see if any of the users have deleted the attachments. When did this start to happen?

I would adjust the permissions if I were you to not allow deletion of attachments.
