Is there a way adjust the standard filters on the top of a Kanban board? It only shows Feature, labels and Type. The quick filter is already in use, so it would be beneficial if I can adjust the standard filters

No, it is not possible to alter those.

As mentioned by John, these can't be changed, you can add extra quick filters.
