All Spaces and directory view export

Hello Community,

Is there a way to export just the space information, directory, or overview of Space names with their folders, document names etc. I want to keep our t spaces clean and easy to follow without workers putting documents in the wrong places that do not flow. I need an overview of all the spaces or even each individual space with the structure layout which includes all of the document names and creators to identify if I need to move documents around. I am on the cloud version.

Space reports will give you some of that.  However, it won't list the attachment names or their locations.

You could create your own Confluence page for these stats and populate it with a number of macros to get this information.  A simple way would be to add macros to a page, set it to look at all spaces, some of the built-in macros can get you most of what you are looking for, however maybe not in the format you are asking for.  Browsing the marketplace addons might get you closer.
