A few questions about functions

1. You can set a macro that will remind you by e-mail about the end of the task's deadline, but if it takes longer, can you also remind about the start of its implementation?

2. Who are the "Approvers", how to activate such a person in a task? This is only for subscribes ?

3. How to set a rule to send reminders every 3 days? To be always active, for all projects?
