JSM Organisations - Default Settings

Hey Team,

Just trying to wrap my head around the use of Organisations and how we can best utilise these. Wondering if anyone can help with the following scenario;

We have a team of managers/quality checkers who need to be able to see all requests of a certain type raised by their team. Currently we are having to manually add them in as requested participants on every request raised. I was wondering if there was a way we could automatically populate these staff members into an organisation e.g. "Quality Check" and then share all requests of a specific type with that org (we don't want to share ALL requests, only a specific request type set up for that team).

@Mia Bright You can try creating an automation rule that triggers for issue created event and add a condition to check for request type equals the type in question.

For issues that matches the condition, you can add an action to edit the issue and modify 'Request participants' field to add such users into the list. The assumption is that it is the same list of the users that are to be added every time for such type of requests.
