As of now we are using the free tier Knowledge base space. Please let us know the pricing related to it specially if we have to use only one user.

You can use the free plan for less than 10 users. When there are more than 10 users you need to upgrade to the Standard plan and pay for each user (including the previous 10 users)

FIrst... by Knowledge base... you mean Confluence, correct? Or are you pushing your Confluence space to Jira Service Management to create a knowledge base?
If your plan is Standard, as your profile specifies, then it's not free.

As @Ollie Guan said, you can get Confluence for free for up to 10 users and create multiple spaces.
One of the main differences between Free and Standard is that you cannot make a Free Confluence space accessible by anonymous users (you can't make it public - at least not with an app/add-on) as Free lacks advanced permission controls.
