Is it possible to add a customized Jira board as an app into Jira Marketplace?
If so, what is the process to post it in the Marketplace?

Can you please elaborate little bit on what you are trying to achieve exactly?
If I got your question right, the answer is no. Marketplace is for add-ons developed by individuals or companies, not to share anything you customized within your Jira instance.
