Not able to send the comments view Subscription's or view in filter.

Question

Hi team,

Is there any way for send subscription mail with comment body in it. But I'm not able to achieve
In filter, I tried adding the comments and it was not so useful, also tried filtering the comments and again the comment is not popping up.

So is there any ways we can send the issue filter with comments

Every sheet in JXL has a unique link that you can send out to users (see sharing sheets) - however, at the time being, this needs to be done manually; there's no subscription mechanism or similar.

Best,

Hannes

Can we use filter and send this via Filter Subscription with comment to the users ?

Jack Brickey · Answer

You could create a custom text field and use Automation to set the value of the field to the latest comment.

* trigger - issue commented
* condition - any that would zero in on the issues where the action is desired
* action - edit issue, {{issue.comments.last.body}}

IMPORTANT: this will chew through your automation allotment if not on premium
