Redirect back to Refined Home Page From a Form

Question

Hello! I built a new Project/Help Center and am using Refined to pretty up the help center and make the flow a little easier for our end users.

I'm running into a redirect issue with Forms and am looking for help. I want to make sure that when users open a form or try to access the Help Center that they are redirected back to the Refined page and not to the Jira Help Center page which is not polished. I'm struggling to find clear steps to do this on the support pages for Jira, Refined or with ChatGPT.

Is there a simple way to make sure that the Help Center for a specific project always redirects to the Refined page?

It seems possible - but I've spent the last 3 hours trying to figure it out to no avail.
