No receiving email notification when the someone mentions me.I checked that "Email my on my own changes" is turned on.

The next thing I would suggest checking would be the notification settings of the project. Can you navigate to the settings of the project and share what the notification settings look like?
It's company managed project and couldn't find the notification setting.
