Automation Rule Creation for: A Issue Field Update... then update linked Delivery Ticket Issue Field

Kia Ora Team,

I'm having trouble setting up an automation rule... I'm trying to create one, for the following scenario:
When  a JDP issue's Summary field is "updated"

Then update the linked Delivery Ticket JSP issue's Summary Field.

Any help is much appreciated.

Apologies for delayed reply - thanks for your post.

I do have Jira Admin rights and can created automation to multiple projects.

Just very new to creating automation rules between multiple projects...

For a question like this, please post an image of your complete automation rule, images of any relevant actions / conditions / branches, an image of the audit log details showing the rule execution, and explain what is not working as expected.  Those will provide context for the community to offer ideas.  Thanks!

Until we see those...

A rule which accesses issues in multiple projects needs to be configured by your Jira Site Admin to make it multiple-project or global scope; it will be defined in the global configuration area for your Jira site.  Please talk to them for help with that.
