We're experiencing the same issue with the Test details not loading. Additionally, we're encountering the 'something went wrong' error when trying to open the Xray app.

Same issue here for some users at least. It seems that administrators do not have the problem.

We're experiencing connectivity issues between Jira and Xray pulling through test detail and test coverage information.
It has got better for some with the details taking 5+ secs to come through but others, especially connecting through citrix getting a connectivity error message.

I clould also solve the Problem. I create a new Testcase and entered some Test-Details here. After that, it works in my case.
