D&D in UI Kit ?

Hello, I am a beginner on atlassian, I would like to know if it is possible to do a drag and drop system with a third party plugin like beautiful drag and drop using the atlassian UI kit or if I need to use a custom UI.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I don't see how you would use it with the Atlassian UI.  I am also not sure how well it would work creating your own UI.  I am assuming that you are building your own app.
