Is there a way to configure JIRA CORE business for project management to notify assignees when issues are assigned to them? We also have a service desk, and we are specifically wanting to assign 'sub-tasks' to folks with customer accounts. Their user names are available to do so when creating subtasks, but it doesnt seem they receive any notifications. The notification helper looks as if they should be though.
