How do I pull gihub PR# and other details when I export issues in csv?

We have integrated github with jira. I do see PR information as part of "Development" but when I export the issues, I cannot see PR#. Also additionally I would love to get more information on my PRs, like lines, comments counts, time to merge etc. Is this possible?

Have you tried adding the Development field as a column before you export. See this similar question.

Metrics like "time to merge", "lines of couds", ... are not included in Jira. You'll have to create your own report by combining Jira data (with API or CSV) and the GitHub API.
Perhaps there are plugins for this but I'm not familiar with any.
