How to add attachment api permission to admin user?

I want to use Zira api for attach file to issue. 

I used as described in the documentation:

But got 403 error, message:

  "You do not have permission to create attachments for this issue."

My user is project's admin.  how can I give him permission to this api?

Hi @Rivka Shaked  Welcome to Atlassian Community!

It seems that you don't have Add Attachment permission for this project. Kindly check  project permission (Project settings >> Permission )  or ask your Jira admin to check project permission for which you are trying to Add an attachment. As you have Project admin permission, you can check project permission from Project Settings.

Are you able to add Attachment from UI ?
