Does Opsgenie support multi-tenancy?

Organisation A and Organisation B under a main organisation to isolate alert management for different teams.

OpsGenie does not natively support multi-tenancy in the sense that organizations A and B would have entirely separate and isolated alert management systems under a single main organization, with no sharing or overlap between them.

Set up distinct workspaces within your OpsGenie account for each location or office, effectively creating separate environments for each team.
This segregation enables you to isolate alerts, configurations, and user management for each team, preventing visibility into unrelated alerts from other teams.
Additionally, assign customized permissions within each workspace to control what each team can see, acknowledge, and manage, ensuring they only access alerts relevant to their specific area of responsibility.
